Experienced Retail Assistant
We are seeking an experienced sales and merchandising assistant to welcome and work with our valued clientele, support our busy retail, office and workshop teams and assist with visual merchandising.
Cameron Jewellery is a prominent, independently and family owned retail and manufacturing jewellery store in Palmerston North, specialising in unique, handmade jewellery. We have been a destination for jewellery repairs, design and sales for over 34 years and pride ourselves on our excellent and old-fashioned customer experience.
We are searching for an experienced full-time sales assistant, preferably with experience in the jewellery trade (however this is not essential), with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to assist our wide range of customers with a welcoming and confident manner.
Candidates would also need to be confident working with our POS and stock management systems, and a full understanding of Microsoft Office and Apple operating systems are essential.
Hours of work would be 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday – Friday and one Saturday a month.
