You can pay through the ‘Shopping Cart’ using;
- Internet Banking
- Visa or MasterCard
- Laybuy – buy now, pay later, no extra costs.
Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed using our secure Shopping Cart and authorised by eWay New Zealand. Laybuy transactions are processed through Laybuy New Zealand.
Once your payment has been approved and your order confirmed, you will receive your track and trace number and web link so you can follow your parcel all the way to you. Your parcel will also need to be signed for on delivery – to make sure it gets to you as intended.
We use CourierPost Signature Required Track and Trace courier bags. We will e-mail your track and trace number once your order is dispatched. You can track your package yourself by calling CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or by visiting www.courierpost.co.nz. Have your track and trace number ready.
Providing us with a physical address is necessary so the package can be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one available to sign for your delivery then the courier will leave a call card with details for redelivery. Rural deliveries can be made to the nearest Post Shop for your convenience.
Please allow 3 days for your item to be delivered after you have received your order confirmation. Rural customers, please allow for four days.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally, but we will still love you to shop with us. If you are an international customer and have found something you want to make your own, please contact us and we will arrange payment and shipping for you privately.
