COVID-19 STAGE 3 UPDATE.
Firstly, greetings from the Cameron Family Bubble, we hope you are all safe and well and have enjoyed some family time and been able to relax during this trying time.
We have missed being in store so much, though your messages of support and love online has been a wonderful way to keep in touch!
If you follow us on social media, you would’ve seen a little bit of what we’ve all been up to, lots of family time, gardening and housework! We’ve also had a few flashback photos, photos from our gorgeous customers and of course new pieces!
We have been busy getting those new pieces into the online store, so there is lots to browse and enjoy just like you would in-store. We also have some great promotions on some of our Designer Brands like, 25% off all Bianc Jewellery and 30% off selected Karen Walker Jewellery.
Shopping online might be new to some of our customers, but we can assure you that it is nice and easy and you will receive the same service as you would in store and that includes gift wrapping and personalised gift tags! We are also here to help if you have any questions about pieces or about the online shopping process.
We have been quietly working away in preparation for the move to Level 3 and are pleased to let you know that while we will not be open to the public, we will be available to assist in a number of ways.
The website is open and from Tuesday 28th April we are able to send courier parcels, and provide contactless in-store pick up.
We are offering free shipping on all online orders throughout Level 3, and this will still be tracked, signature only courier with Courier Post. If you prefer to collect from the store, you can select this option at the check out and you will be emailed a time to collect.
For those of your with orders that have been made during the Level 4 Lockdown, firstly THANK YOU! Your support means so much to us, and we are so pleased that we will be able to send your parcels on Tuesday 28th. If you have let us know that you will collect in store then we will be in contact with a time.
FINISHED WORK TO BE COLLECTED.
If you have a finished job in the workshop or your job is due to be finished during Level 3 we will be in contact on Tuesday 28 April to arrange a time for you come and collect your jewellery at the store, or to put your jewellery on the courier.
If you would like your jewellery to be couriered to you, this will be at no charge and will be sent with tracked, signature only courier with Courier Post.
We will also be offering delivery within the city limits.
NEW REPAIRS, SIZING & CLEANING.
We will be able to offer repair and sizing services by appointment only. We will have a contactless counter set up at the side entrance of the store. Please email or call the store to arrange a time to drop your jewellery off.
Quotes will be done as normal with jewellery dropped at the contactless counter by appointment.
Cleaning will also happen as normal with jewellery again dropped at the contactless counter by appointment.
REMAKING & DESIGN SERVICES.
As our usual design and remaking consultations are very personal and hands on we will not be offering in store consultations at all during Level 3.
However, we will be making the most of technology and will be offering initial consultations via email and video call! We have been designing and planning using email for a number of years with great success so we promise you will receive the usual standard of service and care. If you prefer a face-to-face chat then we can call you with a video call! Please get in touch to see how we can help you with your remaking and new design needs.
